KELLI KIKCIO

Kelli grew up in central Canada and has always favored working with her hands. In 2012, Kelli received a BDes in Fashion Design at Ryerson University and began working as a designer and production manager through 2015, eventually co-founding Boneset Studio, a bespoke design firm. In 2014, Kelli began pursuing machine-free tattooing both as an art form and a means to establish a sense of self-autonomy. As a Trauma Informed tattooer, Kelli values both the intimate interactions with her clients and the opportunity to positively contribute to their sense of self and body reclamation. Her tattoos are thoughtful adornments that provoke feelings of familiarity and celebrate being at home in one’s body. Outside of tattooing, Kelli pursues her multidisciplinary practice through garment design/construction, hand embroidery, illustration, clay work, and floral preservation.
